Refund policy
All SALES ARE FINAL
We will replace any damaged or defective product at no cost to you. No refunds are allowed unless a replacement product becomes unavailable.
PRINT ON DEMAND ORDERS
Print on Demand items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. All sales of these items are final, except only in the case of a manufacturer's defect, backorder, or unshipped pre-order.
We do not offer returns or size exchanges for Print On Demand items. Replacements are only offered for damaged prints or incorrectly shipped items. If the print is indeed damaged, within 10 business days of receipt of the item, please provide a photo to sales [at] yandtrocks.com for review.
If you received the wrong product, the wrong size (different from the size you ordered), or a damaged product, please send a picture of the item in question and we will gladly replace or refund the merchandise without additional charge.
Because Print On Demand (POD) products are custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than those listed above.
